Wednesday 4 March
4:00 – 6:00pm
Rider sign on and welcome drinks in Port Macquarie. Dinner is your choice this evening.
The Beach House

This is not an official event that you have to attend. We’re simply providing this opportunity to say hi, sign in for the event and have a drink with us!
Upon arrival we’ll get you to sign in to the ride and we’ll give you your Rally riders kit whilst having a cold one and meeting up with your fellow riding buddies.
Thursday 5 March
7:00 – 8:30am Breakfast, Rider Sign-in & Briefing

7-8am – Breakfast included where rider sign on will continue until 8am. All riders must sign in before they start the ride
8 – 8:30am – Rider briefing. All riders must attend this briefing.
8:30 – 9:30am – Check out from homebase – nominate your route for the day.
2-4pm – Rider check in at home base
4-6pm – 3 x Adventure Talks / Guest Speakers @ The Glasshouse
6:15pm – bus pickup from the Glasshouse
6:30pm – Group dinner included at Moorebeer Brewing Co. with bus transfer back to the Glasshouse.
Friday 6 March
7-8am – Breakfast – your choice
8-9am – Group 1 – Koala Hospital visit
8-9am – Check out from homebase – nominate your route for the day.
2-4pm – Rider check in at home base
4-6pm – 3 x Adventure Talks / Guest Speakers @ The Glasshouse
6:15pm – Riders briefing
6:45pm onwards – Free choice for dinner
Saturday 7 March
7-8am – Breakfast – your choice this morning
8-9am – Group 2 – Koala Hospital visit
8-9am – Check out from homebase – nominate your route for the day.
2-4pm – Rider check in at home base
4-6pm – 3 x Adventure Talks / Guest Speakers @ The Glasshouse
6:15pm – Riders briefing
6:45pm onwards – Farewell group dinner at Zahara Restaurant
Sunday 8 March
7-8am – Breakfast – your choice this morning
8-9am – Check out from homebase – nominate your route for the day.
2-4pm – estimated arrival back in town.
Shorter routes planned for today so you can arrive back in Port Macquarie by lunch time or early afternoon so you can make tracks for home that afternoon if you need to. If you would prefer to stay on for Sunday night you are more than welcome and we would love to celebrate with you over a drink or two after a great weekend.
Remember on each of the riding days you are free to leave town anytime in the given window. This allows the group to spread out on the trails but also allows time for our lead and sweep riders to do their jobs and not be riding in the dark!
